Terms & Conditions

Please read the following Terms and Conditions of Balanced Body Weight Control carefully before enrolling.

    By enrolling as a client, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. The owner on these programs is not liable for any medial responsibility.

  2. 2

    We offer a -4 Week ($15), 9 Week ($28) or 13 Week ($39) contract. There is also a compulsory consultation fee of $10.

  3. 3

    Clients get ONE 10-minute online consultation and weigh in per week.

  4. 4

    Online appointments must be made a 48h in advance.

  5. 5

    If a client cannot make an online appointment, the client must cancel 24 HOURS in advance and make a new booking for the same week or forfeit the appointment. If the appointment is not cancelled 24 hours in advance, the appointment will be cancelled and not rescheduled for the same week — the client forfeits that appointment.

  6. 6

    Membership fees are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.

  7. 7

    All fees are payable in advance.

  8. 8

    Our online services are only suitable for ADULTS aged 18 years and above.

  9. 9

    The following clients MAY NOT participate: Type 1 Diabetics, Pregnant or Lactating, Chronic diseases.
